Our Quercy farmhouse was built in 1870 and is fully autonomous.

Solar panels supply electricity; rain water collecting ponds irrigate organically grown produce (controlled by Ecocert).
 

We produce fruits and berries for our jams, fruit purées and syrups. We also keep 50 beehives for honey and delicacies such as ginger bread, nougat, nuts and honey spreads.
